Clive Walker Gallery does not accept returns and refunds will not be given as all artworks are printed according to the customers’ customized specifications specifically for the customer.
However, we will replace damaged goods which are reported to our offices within 7 working days of delivery and returned within 30 working days of delivery. We will arrange for the courier to collect the damaged item.
Items will be replaced at our discretion. Where damage is not deemed due to production, packaging or in-transit related, the item will not be replaced by the Clive Walker Gallery.
